About Us
Our Curriculum is designed by head instructor, Andre Carson, who is a first degree black belt under Fabio Prado.
Fabio is a 4th degree black belt and has been the long time head Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu coach at Team Alpha Male of Sacramento and has seen his students win multiple world and national titles in MMA and Jiu-Jitsu competitions. The Team Alpha network has multiple affiliates in the Sacramento region, Solano County and international locations in Mexico and Brazil.

We also offer classes for students as young as 4 years old, we offer both gi and no gi instruction that focus on the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for self defense and sports competition. Brazilian Jiu-jitsu also helps teach your kids confidence and self discipline.
